1. Object / Company

These General Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company: SARL SUGAR with the capital of 90.000 € N ° of intra-community VAT: FR33435229695 and SIRET: 435 229 695 000 26 and on the other hand: the people wishing to make a purchase on the website www.sugar-international.com.

2. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and All Taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs, packaging, package making. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change of rate will be reflected in the prices of the products. Similarly, if one or more environmental taxes were to be created, this change will be reflected in the price of the product. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability on that date.

3. Order

SUGAR undertakes to honor orders within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability of a product, SUGAR undertakes to promptly inform the customer by all means available to him. In case of out of stock, the customer will be informed and may request: - the refund of the product (within 30 days from the date of request) The products remain the property of SUGAR until full payment of the order . When you click on the Validate button after the ordering process, you agree to accept it and all the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by SUGAR constitutes the proof of all transactions made by SUGAR and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.

4. Return of goods

SUGAR makes every effort to provide you with quality service. We offer a clear and simple approach. In accordance with the law, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and in its sealed bag to request the refund or exchange of your order. The amount of the refund will be calculated on the value of the item at the time of purchase, shipping and re-shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Refunds will be made by check and will be sent in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address within one month after the date of the Return Voucher.

5. Payment methods

6. Shipping

Products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the order process. Your order is shipped in a discreet and solid packaging in which the products are protected. No external mark identifies the contents of the package. The prices of the deliveries are available on the site at the time of the order. Your goods will be shipped by Colissimo: Shipping in 72h minimum (delay in working day) throughout the Metropolitan France and shipping up to 90 days to internationnal. The shipping costs are fixed on the site at the time of the order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday morning. Before accepting delivery we thank you to check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the attendant of the Post Office or the deliveryman. No claim will be accepted after acceptance. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find in your mailbox a notice and your package will be waiting at your nearest Post Office. If the package is returned to us as a result of an error or negligence on your part (address error, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not go to pick up the package at the post office following a notice of passage of your postman, ...), the customer will assume the expenses of forwarding of the order. We would like to specify that these costs will have to be paid before the return. SUGAR can not be held responsible for delays due to strike movements of postal services or other imponderables provided for by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.
