1 - OBJECT/ COMPANY

These General Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company: SARL SUGAR with the capital of 90.000 € N ° of intra-community VAT: FR33435229695 and SIRET: 435 229 695 000 26 and on the other hand: the people wishing to make a purchase on the website www.sugar-international.com.

2 - PRICES

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping, packaging, and preparation of the package. The prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change of rate will be reflected on the prices of the products. Likewise, if one or more environmental taxes are created, this change will be reflected in the price of the product. The products will be invoiced on the price list in effect at the time of the registration of the orders, according to the availability at this date.

3 - COMMANDE

SUGAR agrees to honor orders within the limits of availability. In case of lack of stock, the customer is informed before the validation, but he can anyway submit his purchase in order to reserve the product. The order, even if it contains available products, will be sent in a single shipment, as soon as all the references ordered are available. The products remain the property of SUGAR until full payment of the order. When you click on the "Validate" button after the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by SUGAR constitute the proof of all transactions between SUGAR and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes the proof of the financial transactions

4 - RETURN OF GOODS

SUGAR puts everything in place to provide you with a quality service. We offer a clear and simple procedure. In conformity with the current law, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a refund or an exchange. The amount of the refund will be calculated on the value of the article at the time of the purchase, the expenses of delivery and reshipping remaining your responsibility.

Refunds will be made either by check in the name of the customer who placed the order, or in the form of a credit note (valid for 1 year) available on our site.

Warning, we inform you that the following returns are not eligible for a possible refund:

- the returned product has no deficiency,

- you did not pick up your package within the time limit (see section 7) and it is returned to us

5 - PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal. We accept the following cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.

We also accept payment by bank transfer. An additional fee of 40 euros applies if the transfer is made outside the EEA*.

Orders paid by bank transfer have a longer processing time. 

6 - DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the shipping address you indicated during the ordering process. Your order is shipped in a discreet and solid package in which the products are safe. There are no external signs to identify the package's contents. The delivery rates are available on the site at the time of the order. Your products will be shipped by the carrier that you will have chosen at the time of the order. 

Before accepting the package, we thank you to check the condition of the parcel and its contents in the presence of the deliveryman. No claim will be receivable after acceptance.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find a notice in your mailbox.

If the package is returned to us due to an error or negligence on behalf of the customer (address error, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not pick up the package following a notice of passage of your mailman, etc...), the customer will assume the costs of reshipment of the order. We would like to point out that these costs must be paid in advance before the order is reshipped. SUGAR cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes or other incidents caused by the legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise. Delivery times do not take into consideration the processing time of your order. 

Delivery times in Metropolitan France are usually 72 hours minimum, and can be up to 90 days for international deliveries.

If you choose to have your package delivered "without signature" SUGAR cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive. In this case, you will have to make a claim by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt so that SUGAR can ask the Post Office to make inquiries. The minimum delay for a response is 30 days. If the package is declared as "lost" by the Post Office, a refund "excluding transport costs" may be claimed by the customer. This refund will be done in the form of a credit note on the site, or by check.

7 - CARRIERS

SUGAR provides its customers various carriers depending on the area to be delivered.

DPD (Except Corsica, French Islands and Mountainous areas - about 24 to 48 hours delay)

SUGAR cannot be held responsible for any delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

DPD Pick Up (Except Corsica, French Islands and Mountainous areas - about 24 to 48 hours delay)

SUGAR cannot be held responsible for any delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

If you do not collect the package within 10 days of its arrival at the Pick-Up Center, and the package is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping costs again for a new shipment.

GLS (Except Corsica, French Islands and Mountainous areas - about 24 to 48 hours delay)

SUGAR cannot be held responsible for any delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

La Poste : Colissimo or Lettre Suivie (About 48 to 72 hours delay - Posted on Tuesday and Friday)

Packages not delivered against signature. SUGAR can not be held responsible. No complaint will be accepted.

Pick up by my carrier

Once you have received the order confirmation, you must contact the carrier of your choice and inform the Customer Service of the day your package will be picked up by your carrier. You undertake to collect it within a maximum of 8 days following your request.

Pick up in our offices.

Once you have received the order confirmation, you must contact Customer Service to agree on a day and time to pick up your package. You agree to come and pick up your package within 8 days maximum, wearing a mask, carrying an identity card and your order number.

8 - DELAY OF PROCESSING OF ORDERS

The processing time of orders (according to stocks) is generally 72 hours minimum (in working days).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Tuesday morning.

Orders placed on a holiday (other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day.

We remind you that orders paid by bank transfer have a longer processing time.

10 - ADDITIONAL SERVICE

The original invoices being put in the parcel and sent by email; any request of DUPLICATA will have to be written to the following email address: admin@sugar-international.com - and will be charged 8€00.

11 - PERSONAL DATA

SUGAR will not disclose to any outside source any information you provide to us. This information is confidential. It will only be used by its internal services to process your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and product offer reserved for SUGAR customers. The present article shall not prevent the global transfer of the company nor the transfer of activities to a third party. Consequently, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you. 12 - RESPONSABILITIES

The products proposed are in conformity with the French legislation currently in effect and the standards applicable in France. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, SUGAR cannot be held responsible in case of error or omission in one of these photographs, texts or graphics, information or characteristics of the products or in case of modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers. Of course, if you have any questions about the products, you can contact our customer service. SUGAR shall not be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract concluded in the following cases: out-of-stock condition or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike, in particular of transport and/or communication services, flood, fire, etc...

13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by SUGAR are reserved under copyright law and intellectual property law for the entire world. In this respect and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized, subject to different and even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use constitutes an infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property Code unless prior written authorization is obtained from SUGAR. Any total or partial reproduction of the sites published by SUGAR is strictly forbidden.

14 - APPLICABLE LAWS

Potential conflicts: This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute settlement can be made with our customer service or at 00 33 (0) 496 185 468 and in the absence of an amicable settlement, only the court of Marseille will be competent to deal with the dispute.

15 - CUSTOMER COMMITMENT

When you validate your purchase on the order module, you declare that you accept its content as well as SUGAR's general conditions of sale, which are governed by French law and may be modified at any time without notice.
